Andy Schildhorn • August 14, 2026

Walnut Grove is one of Langley’s most established family neighbourhoods, offering excellent schools, parks, everyday conveniences and quick access to Highway 1.

However, not every part of Walnut Grove offers the same value. If you are considering a move, Andy and Kylene can help you understand the neighbourhood and find the area that best suits your needs.

After last week’s strong rebound, sales fell 29% to 211 , while new listings increased 15% to 627 . Sales surged to 299 (+78%) this week, while new listings slipped 9% to 543 . The sharp increase follows last week's unusually quiet holiday period and signals that buyers are returning to the market. Looking at the year-to-date trend, the Fraser Valley continues to be a balanced market . Inventory remains healthy, buyers are negotiating, and the 5.6% gap between list and sale price has stayed remarkably consistent. Well-priced homes continue to sell, while properties priced above market are taking longer to attract offers.
